2. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute acceptance of it. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship internationally from London, United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. A Visual Source has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal services outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and cancellations
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at studio@avisualsource.com within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Given the nature of our inventory — rare, archival and often irreplaceable printed matter — items showing signs of handling, damage or deterioration beyond their described condition at time of sale will not be accepted for return; this is at A Visual Source’s discretion.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
Please note that the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to items that have been personalised or specially sourced at your request.
7. Condition of goods
Each item listed on A Visual Source is individually described and its condition clearly stated in the product listing. Please read all condition notes carefully before purchasing. All items are sold as described. If you have any questions about the condition of a specific item prior to purchase, please contact us at studio@avisualsource.com.
8. Faulty or incorrectly described items
If an item arrives in a condition materially different from how it was described, or is damaged in transit, please contact us at studio@avisualsource.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full refund or replacement where possible. Return postage costs for faulty or incorrectly described items will be covered by A Visual Source.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website (unless stated), including but not limited to text, imagery, brand identity and copy, is the property of A Visual Source and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Visual Source shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
11. Privacy
We are deeply committed to protecting your personal data. any personal information collected during the purchase process is used solely for the purposes of processing your order and communicating with you. 12. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
